30+ Silly Sinister Boo Basket Ideas To Make Tweens and Teens Howl

Y'all. I was today years old when I found out about Boo Baskets for Halloween. I was researching what to write about Halloween this year and found boo-basket ideas everywhere! His boo basket. Boo basket ideas for her. Little kids boo baskets. Boo basket ideas for boyfriends, girlfriends, you name it!

This Halloween, we plan to have a massive pot of chili, a Solo Stove, and a neighbor's house as home base. And I'm adding in a new tradition – Boo Baskets. Do you need some fabulous Boo Basket ideas for the tween and teen set? I adore creating beautiful personalized baskets filled with gifts for my boys. I've always done Easter baskets without candy and even in later years Easter baskets for teens, and I always do a Valentine's basket.

I'm getting ahead of myself…

We have always gathered with friends and neighbors for Halloween fun and trick-or-treating. I remember when our neighbor's son refused to wear anything other than his beloved froggy boots and a diaper as his costume! (The parents dressed him one piece at a time as we walked down the hill…) This year, his girlfriend will be with him so I think the wardrobe will upgrade. Some years, we've done full-on potlucks and, in other years, just grilled hot dogs for the kids to have some protein before the sugar onslaught. We even played yard games instead of trick or treating during COVID. That year, an overly competitive dad broke his arm, falling over the sack race finish line…This is how we roll and I confess alcohol may have been involved.)

Our group has grown to include new neighbors, the kids' girlfriends, boyfriends, and friends from school, sports, and who knows where else.

(They could be doing worse things – am I right?)
